Starting from the illustration and the poster created by Massimo Pastore, it was necessary to create an impactful animation that would act as an introduction to the film screenings each evening of the Unicef ​​Innocenti Film Festival.

We imagined this animation starting from the layers of the illustration and focusing on the lighting of the lantern/film projector. The light illuminates the night as the protagonist approaches in flight over Florence (where the festival took place).

Motion Graphics
Working with the vector image we reconstructed it in a three-dimensional environment and played with the use of light that is emitted out of the lantern. This emphasized the movement of the animation and led us to the shot that was chosen as the image of the poster.
